What is Fitness?

Being healthy and fit is supposed to be fun. I like “functional fitness”, which is a fitness regimen developed to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way. Think full body workout every time. The idea is to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains. Fitness programming is specifically designed to improve fitness and health.

Flex on the Beach

Flex On The Beach is back for a 4th year of amazing Fitness competition in Long Beach, NY. Coed Teams of 4 in Rx and Scaled Divisions. Registration opens in March 2016.

Each event use our famous peer judging and rotating WOD stations to keep athletes active and involved throughout the day. Our mission is to provide Flex athletes with the best competition experience available anywhere on Earth. Grab 3 friends and form a team today. Let’s do this!
